Hayes Associates has developed a solid reputation for its work in all sectors, working extensively for a number of developer clients under a mixture of procurement routes and range of contracts.  Work in the residential sector has included projects with a value exceeding £12 million, as well as specialist work to listed buildings and medium-scale housing developments.  In addition to these larger-scale projects, however, the practice has also established a niche in the realm of bespoke domestic new-builds, barn conversions and sympathetic estate housing in conservation villages. One detached property in a village outside York, built to a rigorous environmental specification and constructed using a timber frame system and with an air source heat pump, features in sustainability-focused design magazines, whilst attracting commendations for its appearance.

Whilst the majority of our work is commissioned within the Yorkshire region, we continue to work across the UK, completing projects, from coast to coast and from Eastbourne to Fort William.
